Hi Britta!

Thank you so much for this blog! It's very informative and entertaining :) I would really appreciate if you could send me that list of companies that operate in English. I am interested in moving to Vienna after I graduate in May and would love a jump start on the job market. Thank you!

With Joy,
Mistie Marie

Hi all,
I live in Wien. I hated the cigarretes smell since I was a child, so that made me to be a non smoker person. Life in Wien is great, but I have to recognise that frustrate me very much when I go out to restaurants or cafes as I can never enjoy my evening because of the smokers.
I had a lung cancer at the age of 24 year old. I only have one lung. I would like to keep myself healthy and enjoy of a free smoking environment when I am in public places. Sometimes, I have asked politely to the smoker persons around me to stop smoking and I always got a negative answer from them about my request; with the consecuence that if I was in a restaurant, I had to move to another table when that was possible or simply pay my bill and go. I think that smoker people still do not know how much damage are making to their lungs. As a non smoker person I am lucky that with one lung , I can do things that a person with two could make; but if a smoker person had a lung cancer and would lose one, it would be very, very, very difficult for him/her to breath. Really, one person does not know what is not to be able to breath, until things like that happens; then smoker people will remember how cool and great was to inhale and blow smoking for nothing!!!

I hate to see a national trend to be "self-hating" or shameful, or overly modest.

Every nation has a right to be proud.

Stumbled upon this post via google -- I know bloggers like to find out how their viewers discovered their blog. Would you also recommend these places during the spring (ie. mid-April)?

Thanks!

If you still have that list, I would love to see it as well. :)
I recently moved to Vienna in hopes of finding a job, but working here without speaking german is proving to be harder than I originally thought..

You live in Vienna! I just saw you on HHI. Right when I heard your voice I knew that it was you. It's been so long. Good luck with your adventure and your business. It's a great idea. Look me up on fb.

Just saw you on House Hunter's International! Congratulations on everything. Vienna looks lovely; I must visit someday soon. I loved the Burberry printed purse hook I
saw at the very end of the show. Stuck in the States. Where can I buy it?
